Pick up from Airport and transfer to your hotel in Negombo

Day 02

Negombo to the Cultural Triangle

Recommended: At early morning (0600hrs – time when all fishing boats coming back to shore) visit Negombo fishing village and fish market (closed Sundays) Return to hotel for breakfast. Thereafter leave for Sigiriya / Dambulla. En route do a sightseeing tour in Negombo visiting places such as Old Dutch fort, Dutch canal and historic churches

Day 03

Polonnaruwa

After breakfast, leave for Polonnaruwa and visit the medieval capital of Sri Lanka Polonnaruwa enthralls its visitors with a timeless reflection of the country’s glorious history Return to hotel and spend the evening at leisure

Day 04

Sigiriya & Minneriya National Park

After breakfast, visit and climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress “The marvellous rock fortress of Sigiriya is a rare jewel among the many treasures in Sri Lanka. The site was the domain of King Kashyapa whose aim was to build an impregnable fortress and within it, a heavenly abode. Late afternoon drive to Minneriya National Park for a game drive to see wild elephants

Day 05

Cultural Triangle to Kandy

Breakfast in the hotel Thereafter leave for Kandy visiting Dambulla Cave Temple and a Spice Garden En route proceed to Kandy Check in at hotel and evening at leisure

Witness Kandy Cultural Dance show at around 1700 hrs

Day 06

Kandy

After breakfast visit Kandy City and explore local markets before a visit to the Temple
of the Sacred Tooth Relic.

In the evening enjoy a walk in Peradeniya Botanical Gardens.

Kandy to Nuwara Eliya

After having breakfast, leave for Nuwara Eliya En route pay a visit to a tea plantation and a factory to see the manufacturing process Upon your arrival do a sightseeing tour in Nuwara Eliya town and free to walk around Lake Gregory, proceed and check in at hotel

Nuwara Eliya to Colombo

After breakfast, leave for Colombo –  Sri Lanka’s commercial capital Upon your arrival do a sightseeing tour of Colombo City
